MENSTRUAL HYGIENE AWARENESS SESSION
On the occasion of the World NGO Day, Pragyata Foundation organised a menstrual hygiene awareness session at our Rangpuri Centre, in collaboration with Enactus Shyam Lal College Evening. The students briefed the ladies about the problems that are faced during menstruation and how to overcome them. They further guided them on the precautions that need to be taken. They even presented some common myths that surround menstruation and bust them with facts. The talk was followed by a yoga session in which the some effective yoga asanas and exercises were demonstrated and taught. The program culminated with distribution of sanitary pads among the women.
